In addition to personalized energy healing sessions, I also offer Soul Yoga Experience and Soul Connections. The Soul Yoga Experience is a two-hour "experience" that consists of chakra balancing yoga, meditation, soul messages, and energy work. This experience will have a maximum of four people. Soul Yoga Experience is held every second and fourth Friday of every month.

Soul Connections is a one-hour class where the topic/activity changes each week. You can find out the topic every other week on the Soul Yoga Experience social media.
